Being a hobbyist and in the position to create products or services that promote personal interests is great. It is my personal opinion that many companies that support specialized interests have given over to greed. Many seem to want to recover their costs and investment on every unit. To help I do my part in providing some affordable alteratives to hobbyists and enthusiasts.
Quality will always be the top priority with anything I manufacture. This is especially true when devices that affect handling, safety and reliability are involved. The products offered are low volume items.
Products are produced in batches based on the number of outstanding requests and are not inventoried for immediate shipment. Production times vary widely based on demand, personal obligations and business travel. Please bear in mind that the products I manufacture are my way of supporting a community of interest. This is a hobby and personal interest.
This also means that producing these items is not my full time job. My full time job supporting the United States DoD requires intermittent travel and difficult hours. This means that if spare time is at a premium I cannot produce the YICS/RTM tools or the SpinOnTM adapters, or other custom work for that matter. You have the option of paying in advance but be aware that there can be long delays in shipping the product to you. The other option is to fill out the order request below and get on the waiting list. As I manufacture the products and fill the orders payment is required. Either way is fine.
Please Note: I am not a multinational business. I am under no obligation to accept abuse, coercion, threats or mistreatment of any kind from those seeking to purchase items. I apologize in advance if this seems obtuse but I have taken a fair amount of abuse from less courteous folks.
I accept personal checks and money orders drawn on US funds. I also have PayPal. Shipping costs for YICS/RTM tools is flat rate depending on global location, SpinOnTM
Adapters are heavier and will be based on Postal Code. That way I keep the cost down. I can and will ship internationally.
The R1 Brake Caliper AdaptersTM are currently only made for the Seca Turbo or models that use the same fork lower tube. Any Brake Caliper Adapters for other models can be made but require dimensional information and are made at shop hourly rate.
And lastly; there are some customers who have purchased these products not with the intent of using them but of duplicating them then selling the copies. I ask that you respect the intellectual property and intellectual collateral represented by these items and any future items developed. The trademarks and service marks are not just for show.
